Damages, Missing, and Other Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 48 hours if:

The item is defective, damaged, or missing.

You received the wrong item.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Since all our products are custom-made and printed specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns for the following:

Personalized or custom-printed items (e.g., business cards, flyers, posters).

Products with errors due to incorrect information provided during order placement.

Exchanges

As our products are made-to-order, we cannot offer direct exchanges. If there’s an issue with your order, please contact us first. Once the issue is resolved, you can place a new order for the desired product.
