Orders + Pricing

• All orders require our approval. We can reject any order at any time.

• Prices can change even after you place an order.

Returns

• No returns after processing or shipping due to the custom nature of products.

• Report defects or shortages within 2 business days (written complaint required).

• Replacements only if the error was ours.

Payments

• Declined cards = no processing.

• Late payments = 2% monthly fee (24% yearly).

• Future orders may require advance payment if your account is overdue.

• Legal action? You cover our legal fees.

Warranty

No explicit or implied warranty. We may, at our choice, replace defective products or credit the purchase amount.

Shipping

• Shipping terms: F.O.B. India.

• We arrange shipping; you pay shipping & handling.
