Our website at printclub.in sells print goods and services which are aimed at printers – from start-ups and independent designers to larger printing organisations.

Box and Branding Pvt. Ltd. is the data controller responsible for this website and any handling of personal data carried out by or on behalf of Box and Branding Pvt. Ltd.

3. Personal data which we collect about you

Terms & Policy

IMPORTANT : - Print Club is a B2B Brand, and Box and Branding Pvt. Ltd. Is the registered entity which prints orders from Printing Press only, and these orders should not contain Duplicate / Fake, Prohibited Content or without the permission or related organization, will be sole responsibility of Printing Press / Franchisee only. And if any Printing Agency Knowingly or unknowingly orders duplicate / Fake or prohibited content then its membership will be discontinued for lifetime.

IMPORTANT : - Same color will never match with any printing previously done (whether it is from us or from elsewhere.

IMPORTANT : - I accept Box and Branding Pvt. Ltd.responsibility ceases the moment the goods leave company's production unit.

IMPORTANT : - In all products (like visiting cards, letter heads, envelopes, certificates, invitations etc.), if there is a printing mistake in 5 to 50% of the sheets / cards, then only the same proportion can be discounted. And if there is a printing mistake in more than 50% of the sheets only then the order will be reprinted.

If your order has been reprinted because of printing mistake, the transportation charges will be paid by you.

I agree that in case of any dispute / lost / delayed receipt etc. in the transaction of the product, the maximum liability of " Box and Branding Pvt. Ltd." will be only up to the rate of the disputed product.

The company will be responsible only for the payment made in the bank account of Box and Branding Pvt. Ltd.

I hereby provide "No Objection" to " Box and Branding Pvt. Ltd." for sending service/transactional related sms/whatsapp/email to me.

All the legal matters are subject to Tiruchirapalli Jurisdiction Only


Shipping Policy

Shipping is chargeable for all products across India.

Within Tamilnadu, you will get on next day of booking, eventually for other states it takes time as stipulated.

Shipping speed is calculated based on production lead time and delivery partner lead time. Delivery estimation date is applicable from the next business day from the date on which the order is placed.

For bulk orders, there might be a slight delay in the delivery timeline. Our customer care team will keep you updated timeously.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Your refund will be initiated by us within 5 business days of receiving the refund request and if it fits in any of the above said criteria. Your refund is estimated to be credited in our portal's store credit, where you can use that value for your future orders.
