By accessing or using our website www.printongo.com, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and any additional guidelines we may post. Print On Go reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without notice.
All transactions and services provided by Print On Go shall be governed under the laws of India and jurisdiction of Tiruchirappalli, Tamil Nadu.
All orders are subject to approval. We reserve the right to reject or revise any order or price without notice, even after the order is placed.
Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns once an order is printed/shipped.
Any issues (like defects or wrong print) must be reported in writing within 2 business days of delivery.
If eligible, a reprint will be processed after we receive the returned product.
Orders that are in process or already shipped cannot be cancelled or refunded.
Orders will not be processed if a payment fails. In case of delayed payments, a 2% monthly finance charge applies. Legal costs will be borne by the buyer if recovery is required.
We do not provide warranties beyond correcting or reprinting defective orders. No financial compensation is offered.
All shipments are arranged from Tiruchirappalli, Tamil Nadu (F.O.B. Trichy). We are not liable for delays, damage, or loss during shipping.
Print On Go shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. You agree to indemnify us against any legal claims related to copyright, privacy, or intellectual property issues with your submitted content.
We may contact you electronically through email or our website. If you do not wish to receive such communications, discontinue using our services.
